 I have always wanted to try weight training but felt intimidated by the most men in that area of the gym, even on the machines the instructions were minimal and no encouragement to improve

I found groundwork fitness where the program changes every week and Karl is always there to make sure I’m doing things correctly, pretty much one to one training.

I am amazed at how strong I have become in 18 months and still Improving.

We all have different areas of strength and we are all encouraged to be our best.

I am so much fitter, stronger and my confidence has grown through feeling so comfortable with the wonderful people I have met here
